The table is based on the total number of hours consumed during a project’s “fiscal year”. A date is established as the start of a project’s fiscal year. As each engineering hours milestone is reached, the rate as shown is applied to future hours billed. For example, if within a project’s fiscal year 300 hours are consumed, the first 250 would have been billed at $145, and the last 50 billed at $135.

751-2000 hours	$125.00 per hour
2001-3000 hours	$115.00 per hour
3001 and above	$110.00 per hour

On-site work (work done at a customer location) outside of the Madison, Wisconsin area is billed as follows:

Location	Charges
Continental US/Canada	$1350/day + expenses + 50% of current hourly rate for travel time.
Outside Continental US	$1600/day + expenses + 1 day of travel charged each way.
